Dillian Whyte would love a chance to rematch Anthony Joshua

While Dillian Whyte says he would be interested in a rematch with Anthony Joshua, he has his reservations about if Joshua feels the same way, according to Sky Sports. A negative result from Whyte's drug test caused the cancellation of his scheduled rematch with Joshua in 2023. Although it was later determined that the outcome was caused by a supplement's contamination, Whyte still considers it a clear possibility as they both seek their next battle. “[Joshua] That sounds great to me. They can skip asking me twice. Since they haven't really approached me, their mention of me as a potential option is merely a negotiating strategy. However, I am prepared to battle and am eager to do so again. But Turki Alalshikh has recently shown interest in arranging a bout between Anthony Joshua and Deontay Wilder; Whyte, on the other hand, doesn't think it would be worth it right now. The greatest con artist in boxing history is Wilder, Whyte declared. A total coward who, for five years, shied away from me. He has been repeatedly exposed as a disgrace. He ought to be aiming for rematches against Zhang and Parker, right? He's completely self-absorbed and naive. Whyte claims he will force Joshua to retire if given another opportunity to fight him because he thinks the outcome will be different from their 2015 stoppage loss. Still, Whyte thinks Joshua messed up by waiting too long to get revenge against Daniel Dubois; he draws a parallel to Joshua's own experience losing to Alexander Povetkin, when nothing mattered but getting even with Povetkin.
