Tavares may still sign with the UFC in the future, but for the time being, he is no longer on the roster because his contract is up. Tavares made his debut as a 5-0 prospect and now has a 21-10 record overall, making him one of the most seasoned UFC veterans in recent history if he doesn't make a comeback.
