Teofimo on Keyshawn Davis: ‘He’s going through it’

The ESPN card on Saturday night wasn't a big deal, but it got a lot of attention when Keyshawn Davis did something after his brother lost to Nahir Albright. After the game, Davis is said to have stormed into Albright's locker room and confronted him violently, which was a terrible display of sportsmanship. Teofimo Lopez has now spoken out about the matter and asked people to express their well wishes to Davis, who he thinks is in a bad state of mind. Lopez stated, "Hey guys, I think it's really important for us to think about Keyshawn Davis and his situation." "I know he's going through it mentally because I was there, I know how he's feeling." The only difference is that we never acted the way he did. "Other than that, I think we should all pray for him, his family, and his new baby. I think he's young and still trying to figure out how to play the game, which is quite frustrating. I think everyone around here knows that the media is not simple. But I hope the best for Keyshawn Davis. God willing, he will find serenity and a home in his heart in boxing and learn that no one is bigger than the sport. Not even me, brother. "And I just want the best for you, your family, and your mother, who I know is grieving right now. I'm praying for her and wishing you and DB3 the best, guys. Keep being positive and forget about the bad things. "And to Nahir, I hope you feel better. Whatever you guys decide to do with your team, I think it's a good move." This kind of thing is not okay.
