Pro wrestler has finally been released from hospital
Syko Stu endured a severe ordeal after being viciously attacked in the ring by Raja Jackson. The professional wrestler, whose real name is Stuart Smith, has since been discharged from the hospital and is now recovering at home.
In an Instagram update shared Sunday afternoon, Contessa Patterson revealed the extent of his injuries:
“Stuart has been released from the hospital and is resting at home. He suffered a significant head injury and was unconscious when he arrived at the ER. His injuries include trauma to both his upper and lower jaws, a deep cut to his upper lip, and a fractured maxilla bone, which unfortunately led to the loss of several teeth. Though the road to recovery will be long, he is maintaining good spirits despite all he has endured.”
The attack occurred last weekend at a Knockx wrestling event when Jackson — the son of MMA legend Quinton “Rampage” Jackson — stormed the ring and launched a brutal assault on Syko Stu. He slammed Smith forcefully to the mat before unleashing a barrage of punches on the unconscious wrestler until others intervened to stop the attack.
Police are actively investigating the incident, though as of now, no charges have been filed.
