Jermell Charlo talks plans for return

Two years ago, Jamell Charlo lost to Canelo Alvarez and hasn't fought since then. He told his supporters on social media that he's working on coming back and will be careful about who he fights next. He also briefly talked about this weekend's huge battle. Charlo remarked, "I'm back in the ring soon." "There's only a few days left until Canelo fights Crawford, so I should be at the back of the book. Then I'll come back to my weight class and see what I can destroy before I decide who I'm going to destroy." We're going to make a strategic move, and we need to do it well. "I don't have anything to say about who will win a fight, you know? Crawford has a choice if he does what he's meant to. If he doesn't, he won't beat Canelo. That's all there is to it. If Crawford doesn't do what he has to do, he will lose. It sounds like Charlo is admitting that he plans to take it easy in his return fight. This makes sense, as he will have been out of action for more than two years by the time it happens. Of course, that won't be an event that gets fans excited, but there is a chance that Charlo will have a nice fight after that.
