Anthony Joshua is thinking about fight offers in Africa.

Anthony Joshua has two African countries bidding for his services. Anthony Joshua, the former unified heavyweight champion, is still thinking about what to do next after losing to Daniel Dubois by stoppage. However, his Matchroom promoter Eddie Hearn told ESPN that Joshua has been getting and considering offers to fight in both Ghana and Nigeria before he sets his sights on a long-awaited fight with Tyson Fury in 2026. Martin Bakole and Deontay Wilder are two of the names being talked about as possible opponents for Joshua in Africa. Wilder was a huge fight to make years ago, but it never happened, and both Wilder and Joshua's stock has dropped a lot since then. "We've heard from Ghana, and now we've heard from Nigeria. I believe it would be amazing if AJ fought in Africa. "If he fights again in February or March, it will have been 18 months since he last fought. It's a long time to come back against a top ten heavyweight, but it's also Anthony Joshua, and you have these big site deals, so you can't just face some random guy who is ranked 100th in the world for eight rounds. You might be able to do that if he wasn't Anthony Joshua, but it's really hard to do it in his position. Hearn says that a fight with Fury is their top priority, even though there are other offers on the table. However, it's almost impossible to know what Fury will do next, as he has said many times that he is retiring from boxing, most recently saying that this time it was for good. Of course, you should take that with a grain of salt.
