A lawsuit against UFC superstar Conor McGregor over sexual assault allegations from 2023 has been dropped. A new court filing made public on Tuesday revealed that the unnamed accuser (going by Jane Doe) gave notice that the lawsuit was being “voluntarily dismissed with prejudice,” which means the accuser cannot refile the same claim at a later date. The court accepted the dismissal and the case was officially closed on Wednesday. The lawsuit initially filed against McGregor accused the former two-division UFC champion of assaulting a woman in a bathroom at a Miami Heat game during the NBA Finals.
